About Us

Ikeduru Sons & daughters forum is a duly registered NGO with the aim and objective to foster development both in terms of human capital and socio-economic development. We intend to encourage both human and socio-economic development in Ikeduru by leveraging the strength and dynamism of every son and daughter of Ikeduru . We all can attest to the fact that Ikeduru is a neglected local government in Imo state and its non-development is either a deliberate or conscious effort on the part of the government both local or state. It is also partly through embezzlement of available resources meant for its development by greedy and corrupt politicians.

Therefore, we the people of Ikeduru understanding this fact want to rewrite events that will help reshape our communities. The lies and deceits of government and politicians are enough and we the people want to take matters into our own hands in bringing about positive effects in Ikeduru. We will make every conscious effort to stay focused on the issues that matter to the people of Ikeduru.
These include the remaking and repositioning of Ikeduru as a place to do business and where socio-economic development can thrive. Ikeduru as an autonomous local government comprises men and women of integrity, hardworking, and who have all the right skills and training required to succeed in life.

What Ikeduru Sons and daughters require to thrive is human capital development which includes empowerment, incentives, and infrastructures that help businesses and development to take root. This is what the forum aims to achieve, highlighting all the potentials and possibilities that exist in Ikeduru. The members of this forum along with its leaders are passionate about Ikeduru becoming better. Therefore, we want every son, every daughter, parents, friends, and well-wishers of Ikeduru to support this clarion call to help make Ikeduru a better place for all.

Through this website and social homepage, we will focus on all possible ways and means to raise the funds required to support our members, the less privileged widows, orphans, and the unemployed to have a sense of belonging and feel dignified as humans. We need the support of all to help us achieve these aims and objectives.
There is a need for the members of this organization to continue to strive to uphold the standard this organization represents by creating awareness, holding our government in its state, and local government along with other politicians responsible. We will act as a pressure group in sensitizing the masses during elections, protests, and referendums. The forum represents the voice of the voiceless and the strength of the weak in our various communities. We welcome individuals and organizations who want to work with us and those who want to support us financially and otherwise.
