Ikeduru Sons & Daughters forum recognizes the importance of the youths especially when it comes to being gainfully employed. In the absence of government incentives andsupport, we are looking to implement an unemployment strategy that supports the youths in each community to keep their body, mind, and soulgoing on while at the same time work hard to retrain them in other areas where they can gain employment. This can be in the area of ICT and other hands-on training skills in handiwork. As part of our strategy, we create a database of all available jobs within and outside Ikeduru which our people can search and apply for. To avail of this opportunity, you must be a registered member of this organization, everyone who is a registered member is free to avail of the jobs advertised, they will be able to upload their CVs and apply directly to the company for such job. We will constantly be in touch with employers who may be interested in supporting growth in communities within Ikeduru.
